On the above date and time, Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Orchard Street for
a report of a loud party occurring there. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Maechyl Lloyd
and determined that he had consumed alcohol as a minor. He was arrested, and issued a
citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court at a later date.

On May 2, 2013 Brattleboro Police received a complaint of a possible intoxicated subject driving
into town from Guilford. Police were able to locate the vehicle and after a short investigation the
driver, Heidi Gold was found to be intoxicated. Gold was arrested for DUI and transported to
the Police Dept. for processing then released on a citation to court for a later date and time.

On May 1, 2013 Brattleboro Police stopped a vehicle on Sycamore Street and found the
passenger, Jonathan Lenois to be violating his 24 hour curfew. Lenois was arrested and
brought to the Brattleboro Police Dept. for processing. Lenois was released on a citation to
court for a later date and time.

Trespassing

On 04/29/13 the Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Chestnut Street for a report of a male that was trespassing. After the investigation was complete, the suspect was identified as Terry E. Russ, Jr., 31, of Brattleboro. Russ was arrested and later released on a citation to appear at the VT Superior Court to answer the charge.

Robbery

On 04/29/13 at approximately 10:35 PM, Brattleboro Police responded to the Shell station located at 429 Canal Street for a reported robbery that had occurred there. It was determined that a male suspect reached over the counter and took an undisclosed amount of money out of the drawer when the clerk opened the register. The suspect then ran out the door on the north side of the store. No weapons were used or displayed.

The suspect was described as a thin white male, approximately 6'0" tall with tattoos on both forearms. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a 'Monster' energy drinks logo on the chest, a black cap with a green design, and white sneakers.

On the above date and time, Brattleboro Police received a report that several items were stolen
from inside a vehicle that had been parked in the lot to Champ's Diner on Canal Street. After an
investigation was conducted into the incident, Kimberly Saunders was arrested for possessing
stolen property. She was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court at a
later date.
