SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 11, 2011 while Brattleboro Police were conducting a bar check of the Rocky Top Tavern they were advised of a fight going on in the bar. Police made contact with Alexandra Judge and Jillian Harrington who were involved in the fight. Both females were arrested for disorderly conduct and brought to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Both females were issued a citation to court on a later date and time. While in police custody Harrington was brought to the hospital and while she was there she kicked a nurse in the head. Harrington was also charged with assault on a medical staff member.
