SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Brattleboro Police executed a search warrant at the Motel 6. The purpose of this search warrant was to locate narcotics. Brattleboro police located marijuana, Heroin, Methamphetamine, and Martel was found to be in violation of a Relief from Abuse Order. Martel was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Methamphetamine and violating this Relief from Abuse Order. Bostwick was charged with Possession of Heroin. Both were cited to appear in Windham Superior Court: Criminal Division, at a later date to answer to these charges.
