SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 21, 2012 at 1132 Hrs. the Brattleboro Police arrested Lucas Bertolini, 25, of Putney and charged him with Retail Theft. Bertolini was cited to appear in the Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division, at a later date to answer to this charge.
